Deloitte And ServiceNow Strengthen Their Partnership To Combine Next-Generation Managed Services With Now-Assisted Generative AI Capabilities
Deloitte and ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) have announced an extension of their partnership to incorporate Next-Generation Managed Services with the generative AI capabilities of Now Assist. With the combination of ServiceNow’s generative AI-enabled enterprise platform and Deloitte’s domain and industry skills, the collaboration will offer end-to-end managed services and beyond, referred to in the industry as Operate services. In order to expand their client Operate services globally, Deloitte will also be a trailblazer in the usage of ServiceNow’s platform.
