Data center firm ESDS Software to hire 300 AI/ML engineers in India
NEW DELHI: ESDS Software Solution, a data center and cloud services provider, announced that it is working to create an autonomous cloud platform for businesses that is powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Over the next six months, the Nashik-based startup plans to hire 300 AI and machine learning (ML) professionals to help with its development.
According to a media announcement, the headcount expansion would increase ESDS's current workforce of over 1,100 personnel. The new hiring will be split across offices in Nashik, Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mohali.
Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), SIDBI Bank, Union Bank of India, State Bank of India Capital, more than 400 cooperative banks, the Embassy Group, Vadilal, and Unibic are just a few of the companies that ESDS claims to work with.
According to the company, the Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) has enrolled it as the first cloud technology company in India.
This procedure might be completely changed by an AI-powered autonomous cloud platform. All users had to do was choose an architecture, implement it, and leave the rest to the system. Piyush Somani, the founder and CEO of ESDS, said, "This platform will enable autonomous data expansion, vertical and horizontal autoscaling, operating system management, and application management."
