Deloitte Launches Innovative ‘DARTbot’ Internal Chatbot

Today, Deloitte announced the creation and introduction of “DARTbot,” a cutting-edge internal chatbot driven by generative artificial intelligence. Nearly 18,000 Deloitte U.S. Audit & Assurance professionals can receive helpful insights and intelligent responses from DARTbot to help them with daily activities and decision-making.

For the purpose of enhancing the productivity and efficiency of its employees, Deloitte is implementing Generative AI capabilities and applications across its whole business. The proprietary functional and industrial content that is applied with Deloitte’s Trustworthy AITM framework, controlling AI risks including hallucinations, and enhancing user confidence and trust are the main focuses of these apps and productivity solutions.
